Development of training content can
be the most challenging and time-consuming part of building
a training program. The skills and resources needed to
develop content that accomplishes the actual instructional
objectives are often underestimated, leading to training
curriculum that is not very useful to instructors.
MSTS has extensive experience in developing training
content in a number of technical areas. MSTS can assist you in the following ways

channel for training delivery (classroom, online,

developed adheres to the best practices of instructional
design
- Use a standardized process that
includes periodic reviews by stakeholder to ensure that
training development is on the right track
