Overview: The purpose of the Development Phase
is to build the content for the training courses in each
skill area. Development is critical because it will
determine the chances for success during training
implementation. Objectives: The
key objectives of the Development Phase are:
- Identify subject matter experts in each area
- Identify instructional design team for each skill
area
- Document instructional objectives for each training
course
- Build testing for each training course module
