Overview: The actual instruction and transfer
of knowledge occurs in the Implementation Phase.
Planning and scheduling become very important during this
phase. It is critical to have the resources in place
to ensure that the learner experience is optimal.
Objectives: The key objectives of the
Implementation Phase are:
- Utilize only qualified instructors to lead each
course
- Ensure that instructors follow the set curriculum so
that delivery is consistent from course to course
- Ensure the delivery of course testing meets MST
standards
- Ensure that all learners meet the performance
objectives established for each course
Methodology: Some of the tools used by
MST during the Implementation Phase are:
- Student profile sheets to monitor progress of each
student
- Instructor evaluation assessments to monitor success
of instructors
- Audits of instructor-led training by MST personnel
- Attendance records for all trainees
- Payroll process for instructors
- Determine best facility for instruction
